Welcome!
My name is Brandy Verner and I’ve spent the last 15 years in ministry in a variety of settings. I've held positions ranging from administrative to event planning to leading worship at several different churches that varied in size from 20 people to 10,000+.

More recently, I served overseas as a missionary to Italy before spending a few years training and developing leaders for an international missions agency. Currently, I serve as the Director of Women's Ministry and Community Outreach at a church about an hour outside of Atlanta.
I have a Master’s degree in Leadership and Evangelism from Wheaton College. I’m an entrepreneur, certified life coach, and trainer/facilitator for Beauty for Ashes women's ministry.

Over the years, I have personally experienced the highs and lows of working in ministry. I know what it’s like to serve out of both burnout and overflow. My own difficult journey as a missionary could have led to me walking away from my faith, but I’m so grateful that God met me in that season and helped me embrace a better way. (You can read that story here.)

Now I am passionate about helping Christian leaders develop resilience that will allow them to follow God’s call over the long haul. That’s why I founded Resilient Faith Project. I’m so glad you’re here and I pray that we can be a support and encouragement to you as a leader.

On a personal note...
I have been married to my husband, Stephen (who is also our podcast technical producer!), for 24 years and counting and we make our home in northeast GA. We have 2 amazing young adult children and a slightly neurotic, but lovable Yorkie.

Some of my favorite things to do are training leaders, speaking at retreats and events, leading worship, and teaching Bible studies. I especially enjoy using creative means to help people connect with God.

I would love to work with you on your upcoming event or retreat. For more personalized support, I also offer coaching for individuals and couples. You can request more info below.
